[en] Outlook via RPC/HTTP not connecting after Exchange 2010 SP3


I know this procedure is not new, but what i found updating our Exchange 2010 on premise before migrating to the cloud is that after applying Exchange 2010 SP3 on the CAS Server setup reseted the authentication method on IIS, even when  we had Basic Authentication on the Exchange Management Console it was disabled on IIS Configuration. After enabling Basic Authentication on IIS, Outlook clients got connected back again STRANGE BEHAVIOR.
